Which credit cards do you accept?

Mastercard and Visa credit cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, as long as the award has not been started. Each award is hand-crafted and custom, so we would not be able to ship it to someone else or to stock it for future use. Give us a call immediately and we will see if we can stop the order.

Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?
Within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount, less any shipping charges.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if Cendant Corporation or the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping address state.


Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via ground is about 5 business days.  Design and scheduling of production typically takes 2-3 weeks.


How are Packaging and Shipping charges calculated?

Packaging charges are dependent on the weight, size and quantity ordered.
Shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipping, we utilize UPS ground primarily, unless otherwise requested.

Remember, this is a packaging and shipping charge. These are custom products and breakage is not acceptable. We pack them in a very protective manner so as to ensure that your items get to you in the same quality as when they left our Art Shops.
